What are the costs to the club owner?
All new members pay a $199.00 setup fee (waived for pro membership) which covers the fees on our end to add your site and club/group to our site and numerous other sits, blogs, and forums to help add some backlinks to your site which will help with search engine optimization.
$399.00 - $599.00 Annual Fee this covers everything from our partnerships, discounts, and savings cards and makes your organization a part of our association. There are no separate plans or any other fees of any kind, We have two plans, each club should have all the same benefits. There is one difference the Pro Plan @ $599.00 Includes Exclusivity to our County / Region. The Basic Plan is $399.00 and includes all our benefits minus the territory exclusivity.
What makes you different from your competition?
We love this question, there are numerous things that make us different from our competition. #1 our price is cheaper @ $599 per year. #2 We offer more benefits, partnerships, and savings related to real estate investors and even some savings and discounts for their family and vacationing. #3 We help your site for your organization to grow by doing multiple postings of your group meetings on numerous sites, blogs, and forums to help with Off Page SEO, extra back links, & posts created each year you are with us.. #4 We are Real Estate Investors and Own & Operate Real Estate Investment Clubs so we know exactly what you need and what works and what doesn't. Different things work in different parts of the country which is why we have a group of advisory members located around the US. #5 Everyone is accepted that meets our criteria, we don't not let clubs or organizations into the National REIC because there is another one close by or their territory is owned by another club. We believe multiple clubs in one area is good maybe you can't do evening hours and want a club that offers afternoon hours. We could go on and on but we will let you decide from just the 5 above.
Does it matter where my club is located?
No, any club or organization can become a member of the National REIC. We do have a small group of rules / regulations you will be given upon joining the National REIC but that is it. We have members that are in the next town over to one another. We believe the more clubs in the U.S. the better. This will help to get more people interested in Real Estate.

Do you offer Education or other Servcies?
We do so if you are someone who is a Real Estate Investor and wants to open a Real Estate Investment Club in your area we can help you with everything. We own a Marketing and Advertising firm that can help with everything from logo design to website design and everything in between. We also have a site and offer personal mentoring and training to help you learn the business from start to finish everything from how to run the club, getting members (commercial and individual) and booking speakers. We will teach you how the club will make money, and what to do as well as what not to do. We should know it all by now we've been in the business since 2006.
